HackCC 2026 — upcoming participation

Ori plans to participate in HackCC on November 14–15, 2026, a hackathon for California community-college students. Team, project, individual contribution, and event outcomes will be added as they are confirmed.

UPCOMING · PARTICIPATION PLANNED

Ori’s next planned hackathon is HackCC, as shared by his family. Registration or acceptance has not been documented in this portfolio, and no completed participation is claimed.

ABOUT THE EVENT

HackCC’s current site advertises November 14–15, 2026. The organizers describe a 48-hour build sprint for California community-college students, with beginner-friendly workshops in Git, web development, and AI tools, plus mentorship and opportunities to meet peers.

Final venue, check-in times, and event rules should be confirmed directly with the organizers. The current participant application states that attendees must be 18 or older by Fall 2026. Eligibility and registration should be checked before attendance.

PREPARATION FOCUS

Suggested preparation: practice using Git, complete a small working prototype, get comfortable explaining a technical decision, and learn to divide a simple project into manageable team tasks. These are goals, not claims of demonstrated skills.

Before selecting a submission, confirm the organizer’s rules on the build window, prior work, AI tools, and hardware. LumaDesk is a separate learning project; no HackCC submission or project choice has been announced.

AFTER THE EVENT

Ori can update this entry with his team, the problem tackled, his individual contribution, a demo or repository, what he learned, and any verified results. Until then, these details remain pending.
